Project Snapshot
Paramount Projects secured funding for a $30m Emergency Sea and Rescue Helicopter Service by developing a quality business Case. They also developed and agreed a robust plan for delivery of the project and procured all of the key components of the project including:
Developing a new Helicopter Base;
Establishing a temporary interim Helicopter Base to achieve tight timeframes;
Procuring a 24x7 helicopter service;
Procuring 24x7 Critical Care Paramedic services; and
Developing inter-agency tasking guidelines.
