Trevor is a co-founder of Paramount Projects and is an internationally recognised project manager and consultant. Prior to setting up Paramount Projects, Trevor worked for 20 years in the corporate and government sector leading high profile change programmes in excess of $150 million.

 

As Project Director, Trevor requires that Paramount's project portfolio is delivered successfully whilst also meeting and exceeding customer requirements and expectations. 

 

Trevor specialises in enabling organisations to improve their delivery capabilities so that they gain control of their projects and become great role models for others to follow. He does this through a combination of leadership, management, mentoring and consulting.

 

Trevor is passionate about managing the right projects and managing projects right. Trevor works with organisations to establish a clear vision that will engage and inspire. The establishing appropriate mechanisms to enable successful delivery of the vision and sustainable value.
