Paramount Projects is pleased to announce that it has been engaged to provide consulting services to the Project Management Office (PMO) within the NSW Government’s Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO).
The PMO was formed to ensure all program and project management activities within the AHO are delivered consistently and to quality standards.
Paramount will assess AHO projects and dependencies, provide health checks of key projects, develop a change management plan, and develop a revised PMO governance structure, project management strategy and implementation plan.
Key consideration will be given to ways to enhance PMO project delivery maturity, support and enable projects, and mentor and develop project managers.
The work will support the AHO’s goal of ensuring that every Aboriginal person in NSW can make informed choices and gain equal access to affordable housing. The organisation is working to achieve a future where social housing is not an end point for Aboriginal people, and more people have moved into private rental or own their own homes. To support this objective, the AHO has committed to work with Aboriginal Community Housing Providers (ACHPs) to assume management of all AHO properties.
Paramount is delighted to play its part in establishing the groundwork for successfully delivering the NSW Government’s reform ambitions.
