Paramount is delighted to announce that it has successfully met prequalification requirements for supplying Performance and Management Services to the Department of Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) in New South Wales.
RMS is the key state government statutory authority charged with managing operations and programs of roads and waterways for the community and businesses of New South Wales. This includes planning, construction and operation of infrastructure projects.
Paramount is excited to see its reputation grow both as a leading project delivery consultancy and as a company that possesses expertise in translating public policy into the delivery of tangible infrastructure outcomes. Projects in scope could involve delivering improvements in the movement of people by transport modes including motor vehicles, public transport (bus and ferry), cycling and walking. Key areas also include delivering improvements in the movement of freight, as well as an overall emphasis on safety, quality, reliability and productivity.
In securing its place on the RMS Performance and Management Services Panel, Paramount was able to demonstrate technical expertise and capability requirements in areas including:
Project leadership, planning and management skills;
Ability to provide high level strategic advice;
Understanding of contemporary public sector administration and reform approaches;
Related skill sets including economic analysis and policy development; and
Strong experience, organisational capacity and competitive rates.
We are passionate about pursuing opportunities to work in this sector in New South Wales and to bring our experience from other jurisdictions and areas of government including public works, housing, emergency services (including marine and helicopter rescue), essential services and Aboriginal affairs.
