With a proven track record of programme & project management experience across four continents, Brett has built a reputation for delivering difficult projects within complex environments, including in areas of change management, organisational transformation, transition projects, multi-site & intra-country implementations, tendering and procurement, contract negotiations, infrastructure management, disaster recovery and business continuity both within corporate and government environments.

Brett has managed a wide spectrum of high profile, high risk projects meeting and often exceeding, tight deadlines and aggressive targets. His strong leadership, attention to detail and easy going nature enables Brett to build strong stakeholder relationships and motivate multi-skilled project teams.

As a programme/project manager, Brett joined the Paramount Projects team with both a strong commercial and technical background allowing him comfortably traverse the executive boardroom, the back office, information technology and front line business. Brett’s strength is his ability to deconstruct an idea, taking it through the concept, design and build stages so as to deliver business solutions that offer quality, benefit and value to the organisation.
