Ben has over 19 years’ international industry experience revolving around various industry sectors including Government, Energy and Resources. A results-oriented professional program and project manager, specialising in the area of Business and Engineering.

 

Ben offers a unique and desirable blend of key skills in understanding complex business requirements and translating these into process and functional system requirement and designs as well as ensuring delivery is on time against a defined cost and scope.

 

In his role as Program Manager, Ben has successfully managed and participated in large scale infrastructure and application systems, business process reengineering projects, disaster recovery, negotiating licensing, maintenance and service agreements, business requirements analysis and specification, benefits realisation and IT procurement.
